Architectural Technical Coordinator

About the role

This position offers an exciting chance to shape large‑scale, mixed‑use developments in Singapore. As an Architectural Technical Coordinator you will act as the technical hub between clients, internal design teams, and specialist consultants, ensuring design intent translates into buildable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate detailed design proposals using Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp for high‑profile commercial, retail and mixed‑use projects.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison, resolving complex design challenges and facilitating clear communication among stakeholders.
• Conduct stage inspections, manage material specifications and verify that design performance meets construction standards.
• Prepare presentation and construction documentation, supporting project delivery from concept through construction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of architectural experience with a proven record in technical coordination.
• Strong ability to lead client meetings and present technical solutions confidently.
• Demonstrated project‑running capabilities and experience managing multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp.
