ASEAN Head of Project Logistics – Business Development & Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ASEAN Head of Project Logistics to lead business development and sales across Southeast Asia. The role focuses on project cargo, heavy lift and breakbulk logistics, overseeing projects from conception to customer hand‑over while building strong relationships with clients, contractors and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, create, and acquire new business opportunities in construction, data‑centre, heavy cargo and machinery services sectors.
• Oversee assigned projects from conception through to customer hand‑over, ensuring timelines and cost‑tracking accuracy.
• Organise vendor operations, manage project schedules and develop precise cost‑tracking systems.
• Collaborate with project and operational teams to deliver effective logistical solutions.
• Maintain solid rapport with customers, contractors and logistical partners.
• Prepare competitive quotes, tenders and logistical plans tailored to client needs.
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor positioning to capture new opportunities.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide the executive team with accurate sales forecasts and statistics.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Proven sales experience in project cargo, heavy lift, breakbulk, large cargo and multimodal transportation solutions.
