About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support Business Development for our Ready-to-Eat Meal OEM portfolio at Taste Asia. This entry-level position offers fresh graduates the chance to launch a career in sales and business development within the food industry.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the OEM and ready-to-eat meal segment.
• Analyze competitor offerings and customer needs to inform strategy.
• Identify and outreach potential clients such as corporate offices, schools, and institutions.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals to promote OEM solutions.
• Track sales activities and compile progress reports.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Handle client enquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights for the product team.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and the food/FMCG industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
