About the role
Love, Bonito is seeking an Assistant Manager, Collection Merchandising to drive the strategy and buying execution for seasonal collections. Working at the crossroads of fashion, data and customer insight, you will ensure each launch is commercially strong, brand‑aligned and relevant to shoppers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead range planning and buying decisions for assigned categories.
- Collaborate with Design, Planning and cross‑functional teams to translate seasonal concepts into sell‑through collections.
- Analyse sales data and customer insights to shape collection strategy.
- Own the commercial performance of each launch, monitoring KPIs and adjusting assortments as needed.
- Balance detailed product decisions with big‑picture brand objectives.
Required profile
- Strong commercial mindset with a creative flair for fashion.
- Ability to work with both detailed data and high‑level strategy.
- Confidence to make product calls and rigor to back them with evidence.
- Collaborative attitude to work closely with design, planning and other teams.
