About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Finance to join the finance team at Gardens by the Bay in Singapore. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Accounts Payable, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth financial operations and supporting the organisation’s fiscal integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Process payments accurately and on time, complying with internal policies, GST regulations and procedural guidelines.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities, ensuring records are complete and accurate.
- Provide documentation and explanations for internal and external audits.
- Identify and implement process‑improvement opportunities to boost efficiency and compliance.
- Support budget preparation and financial planning as required.
- Record and reconcile donation receipts in line with financial guidelines.
- Contribute to special projects and ad‑hoc assignments directed by management.
Required profile
- Degree in Accountancy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Self‑motivated team player.
- Willingness to undergo on‑the‑job training.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
