Assistant Project Manager – Construction

About the role

Join Turner & Townsend as an Assistant Project Manager supporting construction projects across our global portfolio. You will work closely with senior project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering project management services throughout the project lifecycle, including research, data collection and benchmarking.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting systems and support the development of detailed project plans and schedules.
• Track project progress, monitor performance indicators and prepare regular updates and formal progress reports.
• Manage change control processes, keep accurate change logs and produce presentations for stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders; attend meetings and produce accurate minutes.
• Facilitate communication flow between internal and external teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project.
• Experience using Primavera or similar scheduling tools.
