Assistant Sales Manager – Logistics (Up to $5000)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to support our Sales Manager in driving logistics‑related sales across Singapore. The role involves managing existing accounts, cultivating new B2B opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in managing existing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely support and coordinating follow‑up actions.
• Organise and facilitate customer visits, including factory tours, business meetings, and product presentations.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business development activities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements and sales initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for management review.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics or related sectors.
• Based in Singapore and familiar with the local business landscape.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Willing and able to travel regularly for customer visits and business development activities (typically 3‑4 days per trip, averaging two overseas trips per month).
• Customer‑centric mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
