Associate – External Audit (2026 Graduate)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking motivated graduates to join its Assurance and Advisory team as Associates in External Audit. You will work on a portfolio of diversified clients, gaining exposure to various industries while developing audit expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assurance and testing work for client engagements.
• Collaborate with engagement teams and managers to deliver high‑quality audit services.
• Utilise Deloitte’s audit tools, methodology and resources.
• Assist clients with IPO preparation, internal controls, IFRS, US GAAP and regulatory compliance.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge through training and on‑the‑job experience.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or an equivalent professional qualification.
• No prior work experience required.
• Fluent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
