Associate - External Audit (2027 Graduate)

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a motivated graduate to join its Assurance and Advisory (A&A) team as an Associate in External Audit. You will work on a portfolio of diversified clients, applying robust audit methodologies and gaining exposure to a range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assurance and testing work for clients across multiple sectors.
• Assist with audit engagements covering IPOs, internal controls, IFRS, US GAAP and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with engagement teams and managers to deliver high‑quality audit services.
• Participate in training programs and rotate through different engagement phases to develop a broad skill set.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or an equivalent professional qualification.
• No prior work experience required – this is a graduate entry role.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
