Auto & Manual Tester – Banking (SGD 4k-6k/month)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Auto & Manual Tester to lead testing activities for banking and trade finance applications. The role involves designing test strategies, managing a QA team, and ensuring high‑quality software releases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases for trade‑related projects.
• Oversee functional, integration, system, regression, and user‑acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
• Mentor and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Allocate resources to meet testing schedules and ensure timely completion of test cycles.
• Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain robust defect‑management processes and conduct regular testing audits.
• Define and manage test environments and test‑data strategies.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and prepare detailed test reports.
• Stay current with industry best practices and contribute to automated testing framework improvements.
