Automation Engineer & Industrial Designer

About the role

Spraying Systems Co is seeking two highly motivated professionals to design and build next‑generation spray system prototypes. The role blends automation engineering with industrial design, turning concepts into market‑ready products that support global sales.

Key responsibilities

• Create technical sketches, 3D renderings and physical prototypes for spray systems and digital control interfaces.
• Develop and troubleshoot PLC and HMI programs, both in‑house and on‑site.
• Integrate AI capabilities and robotic programming into equipment.
• Define and document end‑to‑end manufacturing workflows to ensure consistency and quality.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical or Systems Engineering.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in mechanical design, controls engineering and manufacturing.
• Singapore citizen or PR.
• Proven ability to move designs from prototype to full‑scale production.
• Hands‑on project leadership experience.

Required skills

• PLC programming and sensor integration.
• Robotics and AI integration.
• Advanced CAD/CAM proficiency (AutoDesk Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• 3D printing experience (preferred).
• Electro‑mechanical and control‑system knowledge.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards (e.g., CE) and quality management systems.
