AVP, Strategy & Corporate Development

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded strategy professional to help shape the future of food across Asia. Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Business Development, you will drive enterprise‑wide initiatives, evaluate growth opportunities and partner with senior leaders to define the company’s strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of corporate and business strategies, conducting market assessments, competitive analysis and industry research.
• Facilitate strategic planning, translate priorities into actionable initiatives and create execution road‑maps.
• Evaluate business opportunities, partnerships, investments and expansion projects; build business cases and financial analyses for executive decision‑making.
• Lead due‑diligence, prepare executive‑level presentations and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, scorecards and performance dashboards; track progress of key initiatives and flag risks.
• Collaborate with country leadership, business unit heads and functional leaders to align objectives and drive execution.
• Facilitate workshops, strategic discussions and stakeholder alignment sessions.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Singapore.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development or business planning.
• Background with leading strategy consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and financial modelling capabilities.
• Proven experience working directly with senior executives and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
