B2B Sales Representative

About the role

Vilgain, a premium European nutrition brand, is expanding into Singapore and seeks a driven B2B Sales Representative to establish its market presence. This hands‑on role involves meeting potential customers, opening new accounts and building long‑term partnerships across retail, specialty stores, gyms, HORECA and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new B2B customers across relevant channels.
• Spend significant time in the field meeting clients, visiting stores and attending industry events.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking and referrals.
• Present Vilgain’s product range and value proposition to prospects.
• Lead negotiations, prepare offers and close new accounts.
• Develop strong relationships with buyers, category managers and other decision‑makers.
• Grow existing accounts by expanding product listings and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Provide market insights on customers and competitors to headquarters.
• Own sales targets, activity levels and overall performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in Food & Beverage, FMCG, nutrition or consumer goods.
• Hunter mentality with comfort in cold outreach and handling rejection.
• Enjoyment of field sales and regular face‑to‑face client interactions.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore commercial landscape and existing network in retail, HORECA, distributors or gyms.
• Commercial drive with ability to build pipelines, negotiate and close deals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to build a brand from scratch.
