B2B Sales Representative – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a proactive B2B Sales Representative to launch and grow Vilgain’s premium nutrition brand in Singapore. You will work directly in the market, meeting retailers, gyms, HORECA operators and distributors to introduce our high‑quality products and secure new accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new B2B customers across retail, specialty stores, gyms, HORECA and distribution channels.
• Visit clients in person, attend industry events and build relationships on the ground.
• Generate and manage your own sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking and market research.
• Present Vilgain’s product range and value proposition, negotiate terms and close new deals.
• Maintain and expand existing accounts, seeking opportunities to increase sales and product listings.
• Provide market and competitor insights to headquarters to shape the Singapore strategy.
• Own your performance metrics, including pipeline health, new customer acquisition and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in Food & Beverage, FMCG, nutrition or consumer goods.
• Hunter mentality with comfort in cold outreach and handling rejection.
• Field‑sales orientation – enjoys regular face‑to‑face client meetings.
• Good knowledge of the Singapore commercial landscape and an existing network in relevant channels.
• Strong commercial drive, able to build pipelines, negotiate and close deals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building a brand presence from scratch.
