About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Barista/Service crew to join our Holland Village outlet, providing friendly service and maintaining café standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet every customer, treat them as guests and serve with a smile.
- Build rapport by proactively approaching customers and recommending products.
- Maintain product knowledge to introduce items and suggest promotions.
- Keep bread and cake displays fully stocked at opening and throughout service.
- Update stock levels and availability in the POS system.
- Calibrate coffee equipment, brew coffee/tea/milo and ensure quality standards.
- Prepare food items such as heating pastries, packing take‑away orders, and making sandwiches.
- Keep the café clean and tidy: wipe displays and doors, arrange chairs, clear and wipe tables.
- Wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, and clean the toilet.
- Perform any other duties as required by the company.
