Bellhop – Guest Luggage & Service Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bellhop to join our front‑office team in Singapore. Under the guidance of the Director of Front Office, you will ensure that every guest’s luggage and related requests are handled with courtesy, speed, and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests, retrieve their luggage and escort them to their rooms.
• Explain room facilities and promote the hotel’s outlets such as the restaurant, bar, and spa.
• Deliver luggage, messages, faxes, and packages for guests throughout the property.
• Transport departing guests’ luggage from rooms to the lobby, confirming that all items are accounted for.
• Store luggage safely according to prescribed procedures and keep the storage area clean and tidy.
• Provide guests with knowledgeable information about the hotel, its services, local attractions, and ongoing events.
• Maintain awareness of hotel functions and deliver gracious, attentive service at all times.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level candidate with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to follow general guidance from the Director of Front Office or authorized management staff.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest comfort.
