BIM Coordinator

About the role

Aedas is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead the development and coordination of complex documentation and BIM models across multidisciplinary projects. The role will serve as a key technical resource, handling detailed design, statutory documentation, and regulatory submissions while ensuring seamless design coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce detailed design and technical drawings for complex project packages.
• Coordinate design documentation across architecture, interior, and engineering disciplines, resolving clashes and technical issues.
• Manage and update BIM models in line with project and regulatory requirements using Revit.
• Prepare and support regulatory submissions, coordinating technical responses.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring high documentation quality.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on BIM (Revit) project implementation experience.
• 2‑4 completed Revit projects demonstrating end‑to‑end delivery.
• Autodesk Revit Certified Professional certification.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Revit Architecture).
• Strong capability in BIM modelling and detailed documentation.
• Experience with Autodesk Building Design Suite software.
