BIM Manager

About the role

Lead and manage the BIM team, including BIM Coordinators and BIM Modellers, providing technical guidance throughout project lifecycles. Develop and maintain BIM strategies, standards and workflows to support design, construction and handover phases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain BIM execution plans, standards and modelling workflows.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants and clients to define BIM requirements and deliver coordinated models.
• Oversee preparation and updating of BIM models, shop drawings, construction drawings and as‑built documentation.
• Lead clash detection, coordination meetings and ensure issues are tracked to resolution.
• Establish BIM quality control procedures and review models for accuracy and consistency.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural, Architecture, M&E Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of BIM coordination/management experience on large‑scale projects.
• Self‑motivated, able to handle pressure and assume responsibility.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Navisworks.
