About the role

Our client in the M&E engineering sector is looking for a Junior BIM Modeller/Drafter specialized in Mechanical and ACMV systems to work on islandwide projects across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

Develop detailed M&E shop drawings from as‑built references and ensure timely submission.
Ensure all drawings meet project specifications and technical standards for quality compliance.
Collaborate with project teams to update and revise drawings to support coordination and progress.
Assist in preparing documentation for digital model submissions and project tracking.
Support the Project Manager with project completion tasks and ad‑hoc assignments as required.

Required profile

At least NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of related experience in M&E drafting.

Required skills

Proficiency in CAD software for producing and modifying technical drawings.
Proficiency in BIM software for creating and managing 3D models.
