About the role
The BIM/CAD Coordinator will oversee the creation and management of BIM models for architectural projects across Singapore. This role ensures that BIM standards and workflows are consistently applied, supporting seamless collaboration among design disciplines.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage BIM models for architectural projects.
- Implement and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
- Collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes.
- Attend coordination meetings and provide technical BIM support.
- Maintain model accuracy throughout design and construction stages.
- Prepare BIM-related documentation and reports as required.
Required profile
- Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks.
- Solid understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience on medium to large‑scale projects is preferred.
