Brand & Design Designer – 6‑Month Maternity Cover

About the role

CodaCoda is seeking a Brand & Design Designer to cover a six‑month maternity leave. You will work across both B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, creating visual assets for campaigns, digital channels, presentations, events and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality brand and marketing designs for campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, events and editorial content.
• Translate briefs, business goals and stakeholder input into clear creative concepts and polished executions.
• Support the evolution and application of Coda’s brand system, including templates, guidelines and design libraries.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, designers, marketers and cross‑functional teams to define creative direction.
• Present design work, explain rationale and incorporate feedback while managing multiple projects independently.

Required profile

• Strong agency background with experience in both B2B and B2C brand design.
• Excellent design fundamentals covering typography, layout, art direction and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently from concept to final delivery and manage stakeholder expectations.
• High standard of craft across colour, composition and brand consistency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
