Business Development Consultant

About the role

The Business Development Consultant will drive growth of a Singapore‑based ERP solutions provider by acquiring new customers and generating revenue. This client‑facing position requires strong business development, stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities through various sales channels and networking activities.
• Build a deep understanding of the company’s ERP products and services to communicate value to prospective clients.
• Engage with customers to identify business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations and sales presentations.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development or a related customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Proven capability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
