Business Development Executive – Food Manufacturing (Training Provided)

About the role

Our client, a leading food manufacturer, is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help expand market reach and drive revenue growth. This junior‑level position offers comprehensive training and exposure to both local and overseas markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential markets.
• Conduct market and customer research to spot growth opportunities and industry trends.
• Build and manage sales pipelines aligned with revenue targets.
• Maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate enquiries, proposals, tenders and project requirements.
• Support pricing, deal structuring and commercial discussions.
• Develop and implement outbound sales strategies.
• Track performance and provide regular updates to management.
• Assist marketing and go‑to‑market initiatives for new products.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development or project management.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred).
• Willingness to travel locally and overseas frequently.
