Business Development Manager (Commercial Office)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth in the commercial office interior design sector. You will identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and support strategic initiatives alongside the Director.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business leads through marketing, networking and outreach.
• Secure client or consultant meetings, deliver presentations and showcase our products and services.
• Prepare independent business proposals, presentations, quotations and budgets.
• Collaborate with technical and design teams to create tailored solutions that meet client specifications.
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
• Manage the full tender process, including sourcing, costing, pricing strategies and timely submission.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of quotations or tenders in line with client/consultant timelines.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within interior design, construction, property or commercial office fit‑out.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with a client‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
