Business Development Representative – APJ

About the role

WalkMe, now an SAP company, is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join its APJ team. Reporting to the Regional Director of Business Development APJ, you will work closely with Named and Enterprise Account Executives to generate new and expansion opportunities, helping to grow the company’s annual recurring revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect high‑potential accounts across the APJ region.
• Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and social selling to secure introductory meetings for Account Executives.
• Research prospective clients, map organizational hierarchies, and engage senior executives.
• Nurture inbound leads and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Maintain a high‑volume pipeline and qualify prospects consistently.
• Promote WalkMe’s digital adoption solutions and articulate their value.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of outbound lead generation or sales development experience.
• Demonstrated grit and persistence in prospecting activities.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and secure meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Interest in SaaS sales and the digital adoption market.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
