Business Development Representative – Australia Market

About the role

Gong is looking for a Business Development Representative to generate new business across the Australian market. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with Account Executives to create a pipeline of qualified prospects and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social outreach to Australian prospects.
• Schedule qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Meet or exceed daily activity targets and manage a dedicated book of Australian accounts.
• Become a power user of the Gong platform and provide feedback to improve team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional peers to share best practices.

Required profile

• Strong motivation for outbound sales and comfort with high‑volume outreach.
• Resilience to handle rejection and a growth mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in AI and the Australian market.
• Based in Singapore.
