Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital marketing agency in Singapore looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist. The role blends sales, client success and growth strategy to expand our client base and deepen existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute lead‑generation campaigns using paid ads, outreach and networking; qualify inbound leads and close new business.
• Serve as the primary contact for prospects and existing clients, conduct discovery calls, present service packages and prepare proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to launch and monitor performance campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn.
• Research new growth channels such as government grants, partnerships and B2B events; present insights to the founder.
• Collaborate with remote account and project managers to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or 0–3 years of experience in business development, client‑facing or marketing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for digital marketing and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
