Business Development Team Leader (BDR/ISR) – Singapore

About the role

Neat is looking for an experienced Business Development Team Leader to head its BDR and Inside Sales Representative teams in Singapore. Reporting to the Area Vice President, you will drive outbound prospecting, coach a high‑performing sales development function, and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of BDRs/ISRs to consistently exceed performance targets.
• Oversee outbound prospecting, lead qualification and pipeline generation from multiple sources.
• Monitor activity metrics (calls, emails, enrollments) and provide regular feedback.
• Conduct one‑to‑one meetings, performance reviews and development planning.
• Support complex customer conversations and escalations as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer data and activity reporting in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to optimise campaigns and messaging.
• Coordinate meetings between prospects and Account Executives to maximise pipeline creation.
• Analyse team performance, identify trends and implement productivity initiatives.
• Report on team performance, pipeline health and key initiatives to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven leader with experience managing Business Development or Sales Development teams.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales development and pipeline targets.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English.
• Passionate about coaching, mentoring and building inclusive, high‑performance cultures.
• Results‑oriented with a customer‑first mindset.

• Salesforce (SFDC) for CRM and reporting.
