Business & Marketing Lecturer (Full‑time, Singapore)

About the role

This is a campus‑based, full‑time position to teach Business and Marketing programmes at an established Singapore university. The role offers flexibility for remote work and includes evening or weekend teaching shifts as required.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials and workshops in Marketing and another business discipline.
• Develop curriculum, course materials and blended‑learning activities aligned with learning outcomes.
• Set, mark and moderate assessments, review results and handle academic appeals.
• Take on Programme Leader or Module Leader duties and coordinate associate lecturers.
• Supervise final‑year projects, dissertations and student research.
• Monitor student progress, provide academic guidance and act on learner feedback.
• Support academic quality assurance, university audits, programme reviews and school initiatives.
• Maintain scholarly activity and professional development in line with AACSB faculty standards.

Required profile

• Completed PhD in a business discipline (preferred) with evidence of published research.
• 5–7 years of relevant academic or industry experience preferred; fresh PhD graduates are also welcome.
• Strong expertise in Marketing (Digital Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Research, Brand Management) and another business area.
• Experience in curriculum development and familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as ACTA, ACLP or DACE are an advantage.
