Business Projects Associate

About the role

The Business Projects Associate will act as the operational partner for one or more Grab business verticals in Singapore, turning commercial strategy into scalable day‑to‑day processes. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives from concept through launch and post‑launch optimisation, working closely with Product, Engineering, Finance and Regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to operationalise strategic projects across existing and emerging verticals.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of country projects, from problem definition and solution design through implementation, launch and post‑launch optimisation.
• Translate business requirements into operational processes, policies and system enhancements in collaboration with Product, Engineering and Regional Operations.
• Drive operational readiness for new products and commercial initiatives, ensuring merchant onboarding, payments, communications, training and support are in place before launch.
• Design and continuously improve scalable operating models, business processes and support workflows to enable sustainable growth.
• Analyse operational and business performance to identify opportunities for automation and cost optimisation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to solve ambiguous business problems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and alignment skills across multiple functions.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable operational solutions.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to hypercare in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
