About the role
The Business Support & Strategic Projects Director will lead strategic HR initiatives within DHL Supply Chain’s Global HR function. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive global process improvements, manage transformation projects, and partner with stakeholders to enhance HR service delivery worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with middle and senior HR stakeholders across regions, providing expert guidance on complex process topics.
- Align proposed process changes with regional and country HR representatives, advocating for global standardisation.
- Define project scope, objectives and lead large‑scale HR transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Coordinate global transitions, deployments of new services, and support outsourcing plan development.
- Gather and assess process improvement opportunities, prioritising change requests based on business impact.
Required profile
- Proven experience in leading HR transformation or strategic projects at a global scale.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
