About the role

The Logistics and Inflight Product Division (DLPV) of a major airline is seeking a Regional Coordinator for Cleaning and Catering Compliance. The role focuses on ensuring that all outstation stations meet stringent compliance standards for catering, cleaning, and cabin comfort items, supporting the airline’s ambition to achieve a 5‑star Skytrax rating.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the network of local compliance controllers across assigned stations.
• Ensure thorough station inspections are performed and documented.
• Report inspection outcomes and supplier activities to internal departments, providing data for daily decision‑making.
• Conduct regular visits to stations within the scope to verify compliance.
• Support controllers in their daily duties and troubleshoot compliance issues.
• Collaborate with internal airline teams to identify station needs, propose solutions, and drive change initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of airline catering, cabin service equipment, and supply‑chain processes.
• Experience in compliance monitoring and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to travel frequently to outstation locations.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and cross‑functional collaboration.
