Catering Sales Executive – Central Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Catering Sales Executive to join a well‑known food & beverage brand in Singapore. The role focuses on driving restaurant and catering business to MICE and event clients, from initial enquiry through to event execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound catering enquiries and generate new business through outbound sales and cold‑calling.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales KPIs set by management.
• Consult clients on menu and service options, prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate event planning, site inspections and liaise with kitchen, operations and service teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process and on event day.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in catering, food & beverage, restaurants or weddings.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
