Chef de Partie – Premium Spirits & Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to join our growing portfolio of premium whisky and hospitality concepts in Singapore. The role involves preparing, cooking and presenting high‑quality dishes while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all food preparation areas, equipment and utensils according to HACCP standards.
• Receive deliveries, verify quality, store supplies and assist with unloading.
• Measure ingredients, prepare and cook menu items as directed by the Chef, and ensure accurate plating and presentation.
• Monitor stock movement, prepare ordering lists and minimise kitchen waste.
• Train and supervise demi‑chef de parties or commis staff, ensuring high standards of food hygiene and health‑safety compliance.
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate it to the team.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant restaurant experience, with at least 1 year as a Chef de Partie or equivalent.
• Experience supervising or guiding junior kitchen staff is preferred.
• Positive, motivated and passionate about multi‑skilling and continuous training.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
