Chinese Language Preschool Teacher (L2) – Islandwide, Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Chinese Language Preschool Teacher (L2) to join our network of preschools across Singapore. The role is ideal for fresh graduates with a background in early childhood education who are eager to deliver engaging Chinese language lessons to young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Chinese language lessons aligned with the organisation’s curriculum framework.
• Create a safe, nurturing learning environment that fosters trust and respect.
• Co‑design and implement a developmentally appropriate, culturally relevant curriculum, integrating innovative teaching practices.
• Build strong partnerships with families and the community, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior educators to enhance their professional practice.
• Contribute ideas for professional development and promote a collaborative preschool culture.

Required profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (DECCE‑T or CECCCE).
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates are welcome; prior early childhood experience is a plus.

• Permanent employment with a competitive monthly salary of SGD 3,500‑4,000.
• Island‑wide placement options (Boon Keng, Bedok, Ang Mo Kio, Choa Chu Kang, Geylang, etc.).
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 44 hours per week.
