Civil Engineer – Oil & Petrochemical Projects

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to support our oil and petrochemical construction projects in Singapore. The role involves on‑site technical advisory, coordination with subcontractors, and ensuring that all works meet quality, safety and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main technical adviser on project sites, reviewing plans, drawings and quantities.
• Oversee material and plant requisition, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
• Develop cost‑effective solutions and proposals for project scopes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and project progress.
• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, supervising staff, labour force and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit required project documents such as method statements, schedules and execution plans.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering within the oil and petrochemical industry.
