About the role

The Client Solutions Manager will partner with key brands and agencies in Singapore to drive growth on TikTok’s advertising platform. You will act as a strategic consultant, linking marketing objectives to business outcomes through data‑driven insights and hands‑on campaign optimisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide consultative guidance on strategy, product adoption and optimisation to meet client business goals.
  • Stay current on product updates, competitive landscape and vertical trends to deliver actionable insights.
  • Design and execute test‑and‑learn frameworks using full‑funnel measurement tools such as Brand Lift Studies and Conversion Lift Studies.
  • Integrate tracking solutions (Pixels, MMPs) and TikTok Shop to enhance measurement and revenue growth.
  • Lead client education through data‑driven reviews, workshops and market narratives.
  • Manage and grow relationships with brands, agencies and internal stakeholders, ensuring campaign health and KPI achievement.
  • Conduct end‑to‑end campaign set‑up reviews, performance monitoring and proactive optimisation.
  • Prepare post‑campaign reports and account audits with clear insights and next‑step recommendations.

Required profile

  • Strong business acumen with a consultative mindset.
  • Ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
  • Proactive, fast‑paced work style and comfort with cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Experience in managing agency and brand relationships in a digital advertising environment.
