About the role

The Clinic Manager will lead daily operations across multiple clinical settings, ensuring efficient workflow and high‑quality patient service. This role collaborates closely with senior management to maintain standards, manage resources, and drive patient satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Supervise and support clinic staff in delivering high‑quality patient service.
• Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and administrative tasks.
• Monitor clinic performance, patient satisfaction, and service standards.
• Handle patient feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with management on staffing, training, and compliance matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in clinic operations, preferably in dental, western medicine, insurance‑platform, or government healthcare settings.
• Proven experience in staff scheduling/rostering, resource planning, and operations management within a healthcare environment.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities; capable of working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
