Club Concierge – Executive Lounge

About the role

The Club Concierge for the Executive Lounge at The Ritz‑Carlton Club ensures a seamless, high‑quality experience for guests. You will manage lounge operations, serve beverages, and maintain a welcoming environment in Marina Bay, Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor lounge seating, service standards, safety and guest wellbeing.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, tables, and related equipment.
• Prepare and serve hot, cold and alcoholic beverages.
• Stock ice, glassware and supplies; anticipate replenishment needs.
• Wash dishes and serving utensils as required.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including securing liquor, wine and storage areas.
• Document relevant information in the department logbook.
• Communicate special guest requests and meal requirements to the kitchen.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to management.
• Uphold company policies, professional appearance and confidentiality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
