Senior Housekeeper

About the role

The Senior Housekeeper will lead the daily cleaning and upkeep of residential apartments at Frasers Residences Orchard, ensuring a high standard of comfort and satisfaction for residents. This position reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor and collaborates closely with the Engineering and laundry teams.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and inspect assigned apartments according to established procedures.
• Replenish guest amenities, bathroom items, and other supplies.
• Manage storeroom inventory and issue stock as directed.
• Attend to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Oversee linen and uniform issuance, exchange, and inventory tracking.
• Coordinate with the external laundry contractor to meet cleanliness standards and deadlines.
• Report any loss, damage, or maintenance defects to the appropriate department.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Required profile

• At least a higher secondary education.
• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience.
• Ability to work independently while meeting high‑performance standards.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
