Cluster Director of Commercial & Marketing

About the role

The Cluster Director of Commercial & Marketing leads the commercial strategy for Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa and Raffles Sentosa. Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, you will drive revenue growth, optimise sales processes and ensure a world‑class guest experience that reflects French excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to meet revenue and GOP targets.
• Manage Proactive, Reactive, Events and Wedding teams, overseeing rooms, banquet and MICE sales.
• Produce weekly forecasts for MICE, banquet and social events and monitor performance against budget.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to align messaging, operational coordination and partnership initiatives.
• Work closely with Accor corporate and ISO to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
• Partner with Marketing to drive demand generation through inbound and outbound programmes.
• Define sales goals, build a high‑performing sales organisation and continuously refine sales processes.
• Lead CRM, business analytics, field communications and key‑account/channel sales initiatives.
• Act as Project Lead for strategic organisational and selling initiatives to achieve annual revenue and profitability objectives.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in commercial and marketing leadership within the hospitality sector.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing large, multi‑disciplinary sales teams.
• Strong understanding of MICE, banquet and rooms sales dynamics.
• Ability to work closely with senior hotel leadership and corporate partners.
• Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and forecasting capabilities.
