Commercial Manager (FMCG | Technical B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to drive B2B growth across FMCG, healthcare and engineering solutions. The role will be based in a central office in Singapore and will focus on building a strong sales pipeline and strategic customer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new B2B opportunities across pharmacy, retail, industrial, hospitality, education and institutional sectors.
• Acquire new accounts and nurture existing relationships to increase revenue through cross‑selling and regular business reviews.
• Lead commercial negotiations, prepare presentations, proposals, quotations and contracts, and close profitable deals.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to shape pricing, promotional and channel strategies.
• Work closely with Brand, Digital Commerce and Customer Operations teams to launch products and deliver an end‑to‑end customer experience.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in technical B2B sales, business development or key account management.
• Background in FMCG, food & beverage, consumer products or related industries is a plus.
