Community Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Community Lead to drive the member experience at a WeWork location. Reporting daily to the building, you will ensure members receive personalized support, high‑quality service and a vibrant community environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly check‑ins with owned accounts and regular conversations with all members to maximize membership value.
• Anticipate and address member and guest needs, using data from Medallia to personalize experiences.
• Resolve issues following the severity‑scale model and follow up on negative feedback for conference rooms or tickets.
• Support front‑desk coverage to guarantee consistent onsite service during business hours.
• Lead pre‑move‑in meetings, deliver new‑member orientation, create onboarding materials and conduct move‑out interviews.
• Plan, curate and evaluate community events based on member interests and attendance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on member satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks such as events, onboarding and issue resolution.

Required skills

• Experience using Medallia or similar member‑experience platforms.
