Concierge – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

The Concierge provides personalized guest services at The St. Regis Singapore, ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. This role involves handling special requests, offering local insights, and coordinating with hotel departments to exceed guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for transportation, reservations, dry cleaning and other special arrangements.
• Gather, summarize and provide information on hotel amenities, local attractions, events and activities.
• Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages and inquiries, routing them to the appropriate department.
• Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service quality and guest safety.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist individuals with disabilities and express genuine appreciation.
• Maintain accurate shift logs and documentation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Commitment to teamwork, quality standards and guest satisfaction.
