Construction Project Manager

About the role

Diamond Glass Enterprise is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee day‑to‑day facilities and maintenance activities at client sites across Singapore. You will act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring that all glass and façade works meet safety, quality, and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily facilities and maintenance requirements at client locations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client Facilities Management teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify repair, safety, and improvement needs.
• Coordinate façade and glass maintenance, including replacement, re‑sealing, cleaning, leak rectification, and inspections.
• Oversee specialist access work such as rope access, gondola, boom lift, and other work‑at‑height operations.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and client safety standards.
• Respond quickly to urgent issues like cracked glass, leaks, defects, and safety concerns.
• Handle quotations, work orders, project costing, and Variation Orders (VOs).
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for additional refurbishment, repair, and maintenance projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore.
• Background in façade, glass, curtain wall, facilities management, or building maintenance.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong client‑facing, communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience managing contractors and subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of WSH and work‑at‑height requirements (preferred).
• Commercial experience in costing, quotations, and VOs is an advantage.
• Proactive, hands‑on, and customer‑focused attitude.
