Construction Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Site Engineer to lead on‑site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule while meeting quality and safety standards. The role involves close collaboration with operations teams, subcontractors, clients and consultants to maintain project integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects and monitor site progress to guarantee on‑time completion.
• Ensure all works comply with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate, monitor and control site activities with the operations team and subcontractors according to project plans.
• Review construction drawings, identify discrepancies and drive timely resolutions.
• Liaise effectively with clients and consultants to facilitate clear communication and alignment.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions and maintain accurate quality records.
• Perform related ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong planning, organising and project‑management capabilities demonstrated through managing construction projects.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across all organisational levels.
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated under pressure and tight deadlines.
