Construction Supervisor – Site Operations Lead

About the role

OMNIA CORPORATION is looking for a dedicated Construction Supervisor to lead daily operations on our Singapore construction sites. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, meet quality standards, and comply with safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day‑to‑day site activities, coordinating with the Project Manager, admin team, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity and overall performance of workers.
• Ensure work follows project schedules, specifications, approved drawings and method statements.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and operational issues.
• Allocate tasks and optimise use of manpower, materials and equipment.
• Track construction progress, report updates, delays and issues to management.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure resources are available for daily operations.
• Prepare daily site reports, attendance records and other required documentation.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of construction site supervision experience in Singapore.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage daily site operations.
• Proven track record of ensuring productivity, quality and safety on construction projects.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
