Consulting Trainee – SAP SuccessFactors

About the role

ABeam Consulting is looking for a motivated Consulting Trainee to join a structured training program focused on SAP SuccessFactors. You will gain hands‑on experience across core HR modules, learn configuration best practices, and develop a solid foundation in cloud‑based HR solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in end‑to‑end training covering Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, LMS, Compensation and SAP AI.
• Configure and test MDF objects, workflows, business rules, and event triggers in sandbox environments.
• Practice self‑service scenarios, data validation, approval logic and role‑based permissions.
• Assist in platform maintenance, data model understanding and user provisioning.
• Collaborate with functional teams and receive continuous coaching and feedback.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related fields.
• Strong interest in SAP SuccessFactors and cloud‑based HR solutions.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate in a team‑oriented environment and follow clean‑core principles.
