Content & Community Manager

About the role

The Content & Community Manager will lead the creation and execution of our digital content and community engagement strategy. You will craft compelling content, nurture vibrant online communities, and drive brand awareness and customer loyalty across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars for social media, blogs, newsletters and corporate sites.
• Produce written, visual and multimedia assets for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, Telegram and other channels.
• Manage and grow online communities, monitor sentiment and facilitate meaningful customer interactions.
• Coordinate influencer and creator partnerships, and oversee user‑generated content programs.
• Optimize SEO/SEM, email marketing and marketing automation to improve content performance.
• Analyze engagement metrics using analytics and BI tools, and report insights to cross‑functional teams.
• Handle crisis communications within digital communities and continuously improve brand advocacy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in content management, community management or digital marketing with a focus on audience growth.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, social media, influencer marketing, SEO/SEM and data‑driven optimization.

• Content Management Systems: WordPress, Webflow, Contentful, HubSpot CMS.
• Marketing platforms: HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Analytics & BI: Google Analytics 4, Power BI, Tableau.
• CRM systems: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• AI tools: ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, DALL·E.
