Content Producer & Full-Stack Designer

About the role

Ordinary Folk is seeking a multidisciplinary Content Producer who can turn ideas into creative assets that capture attention, convey health information clearly, and drive action. The role spans static design, short-form video, motion graphics, email and web, taking concepts from brief to finished deliverable.

Key responsibilities

• Produce ad assets across formats: static images, carousels, short‑form videos (15–60 seconds) and motion graphics.
• Edit and repurpose user‑generated content, influencer footage and raw video into polished ads.
• Create A/B‑testing variations, including hooks, thumbnails, end frames and calls‑to‑action.
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting creative to platform best practices for Meta, YouTube and TikTok.
• Collaborate with a Creative Strategist on briefs and own the creative output for a specific brand, condition and market.
• Edit short‑form video content such as product unboxings, testimonials, doctor‑led explainers and UGC‑style ads.
• Develop motion graphics and animation for explainer and advertising pieces.

Required profile

• Multidisciplinary mindset with a passion for making, experimenting and moving fluidly between formats.
• Hands‑on approach to turning insights into creative concepts.
• Ability to work closely with a marketing pod and take ownership of a brand’s creative output.
